A variety of services are offered to help our clients maintain their maximum independence.
Services include:
- Meal assistance through outside prepared food services are available through our Case Managers.
- House call Program set up through our case manager for medical management and home delivery of prescription medication.
- Housekeeping
- Laundry facilities are available in each residence.
- Medical Appointment Assistance
- Social Activities
Transportation:
Case Manager will assist as needed obtaining transportation to medical and social events as needed through Access-A-Ride and Community Agency for Senior Citizens (CASC).
