Accommodations
Every resident in an Out Of The Storm home has his or her room (unless they would prefer to share a room), plus the use of common areas such as the living room, dining room, bathroom, and yard.
Health and Wellness
The case manager ensures that the senior resident enjoys as much independence, dignity, companionship, and peace of mind as possible. High-quality meals are provided as needed by assigned agency staff.
Health Services
We coordinate transportation for residents to keep all doctor, physical therapy and occupational therapy appointments.
All residents have the option of confidential individual counseling in the privacy of their own room.
Activities
Encouragement to attend local Adult Care Programs offered in the community. Student volunteers offer to meet and play board games and help with holiday decorating.
